Imaging Endpoints is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts; London, UK; Leiden, Netherlands; Basel, Switzerland; Hyderabad, India and Shanghai, China. We are an affiliate of HonorHealth, one of the largest healthcare systems nationally, and Scottsdale Medical Imaging Limited (SMIL/RadPartners), the largest private radiology group in the United States. We are recognized as the world’s largest and most preeminent iCRO in oncology.

HR and Global Recruitment Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to help the organization find the best fit for open positions, should have in-depth knowledge of recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent service to internal staff by being responsive, timely, and accurate in all communications
  • Suggest options and provide support in foundational HR tasks
  • Act as the liaison between employees and internal HR representative to answer employee questions and ensure a positive employee experience
  • Support Management and HR team on strategic management initiatives and tasks
  • Assist with updates to the employee handbooks
  • Extend support with ongoing internal benefit communications
  • Follow up with HR team, clients, and employees on any open items to solve issues and provide excellent service.
  • Understand HR practices and business objectives and execute on such deliverables in a timely and organized manner. Be familiar with the HR policies and practices of specific assigned location to provide guidance and answer employee questions accurately
  • Serve as an active member on the internal HR team
  • Working with the HR Team, provide guidance on employee relations and workplace issues
  • Manage file and data audits for the US
  • Partner with members of the HR team in accomplishing team projects and process improvements
  • Work collaboratively with HR Team to identify appropriate candidates for hire
  • Build rapport and develop and maintain talent pools for networking of prospective candidates
  • Coordinate with Recruiter(s) submission of candidates to department heads and hiring managers candidates for review with the appropriate and necessary qualifications and experience based on job descriptions and position requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interview with managers; assists with arranging travel as required for in-person interviews
  • Assist HR Team in gathering needed information to negotiate offers with candidates and communicate onboarding process and procedure to all necessary parties
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new improved processes to improve efficiency; monitor job offers development process and compensation practices. Emphasize benefits and suggest employee perks options.
  • Work closely with Department heads to strengthen and support team environment and foster growth within the company
  • Work with Recruiter(s) to organize and schedule interviews; complete requests to assist in conducting and report on initial stage interviews and testing of job candidates for entry and mid­level positions
  • Establish strong relationships with recruiter(s) and hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs
  • Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates during the selection process, assist in building and maintaining a positive reputation of the company as an employer
  • Provide analytical recruiting and resourcing reports in a timely manner, upon request
  • Coordinate recruitment effort and support Hiring Managers. Assist in recruitment strategies and sourcing the right talent from various job portals.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and/or participating in professional organizations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven working experience in entire HR gamut
  • 5+ years of overall recruitment experience
  • Degree in HR preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of HR administrative and operational support
  • Manages the full recruitment cycle process
  • Familiar with Job portals sourcing (Linkedln, Naukri, Indeed and Others)
  • Develops job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to the position and to the advertising media, posts and maintains advertisements on media platforms
  • Screens resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements

SKILLS

  • Strong computer skills, including MS-Office products (i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Sound problem solving skills
  • Effective time and task management to meet project deliverables
  • Experience developing timelines and delivering projects on schedule
  • Able to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to successfully work in a decentralized/remote team environment
  • Client focused approach to work with the ability to interact professionally with key clients and deliver thoughtful client presentations. Ability to contribute to company and department development
  • Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork Flexibility and adaptability towards work assignments, organizational changes, and new services.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk and hear.
